FreightGuard Reports Are Faxed Automatically

When you submit a FreightGuard report, it is auto-faxed to the company you are reporting. You can also have the report sent by email as well, if you know their email address.

Reported Company Must Respond Within 72 Hours

The company has 72 hours to respond through the Carrier Response website using a special 10-digit response code issued specifically for the report. The reported company only has one opportunity to respond, and it must be done within the 72-hour time period beginning when the report was submitted. If the company does not respond within that time, it cannot respond.

You will receive an email alert automatically if the company responds to your report, and you can update or delete your report at any time.

FreightGuard Reports Are Auto-Released After 72 Hours

Any reports submitted are not available for others to view during the initial 72-hour time period. You can only see reports when they are released automatically 72 hours after being submitted.
