Configurable Carrier Qualification Settings
Our exclusive carrier qualification settings feature provides the ability for you to indicate your company's standards for qualifying and selecting carriers based on operating authority status, insurance, safety ratings and CSA 2010 BASIC scores.
Carrier Qualification Lights
Carrier qualification lights (green, yellow, red) each change depending on the carrier's status, so you will know instantly if there is a problem with the CSA 2010 BASIC scores, carrier safety rating, authority or insurance.

When the carrier qualification settings feature is enabled, your settings will be applied when you look up a carrier. Information will be displayed to indicate whether the company meets or fails your requirements, or if management review is required to make a hiring decision.
Company Policy Displayed
The company policy light will indicate whether the carrier is acceptable, not acceptable or requires management review. If it is determined that management review is required to make a hiring decision, specific instructions that you configured will be displayed. You can even lock your settings so they cannot be modified by anyone not authorized to change them.
Microsoft Excel Export
There is even a Microsoft Excel carrier qualification report that can be created on demand. It identifies all your carriers that are acceptable, not acceptable or require management review, based on your settings.
